Our <br />preliminary review indicates that your application is complete. <br />Based on our discussions it appears your vacation coincides with our March meeting date. As a result <br />your explication is scheduled to appear before the Planning Commission on Monday, April 18,2005. <br />The meeting begins at 6:00 p.m. Please make sure that you or your representative is available to <br />attend the meeting. You will be mailed a staff report regarding your explication prior to the meeting <br />date. <br />State law provides that Cities shall make decisions on zoning requests within 60 days from the date <br />of explication, and that this review period may be extended by notification to the applicant. Your <br />appUcation was reviewed and considered completed on March 3,2005 and the 60-day review period <br />would end on May 3,2005. Due to the delayed Planning Commission date the earliest potential date <br />of final Council action falls near the expiration of the 60-day period.
