ORDINANCE NO.___, THIRD SERIES <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING <br />CHAPTER 58 OF THE ORONO MUNICIPAL CODE <br />BY ADDING SECTION 58-72 PART C <br />REGARDING ENFORCEMENT OF SEPTIC CODE <br />The City Council of Orono. Minnesota ordains as follows: <br />SECTION 1. Municipal Zoning Code Chapter 58 Section 58-72, is hereby amended <br />by adding Section S8-72(C) to read as follows: <br />(C) Criminal Enforcement Any person who violates any of the <br />{xovisions of this Ch^>ter shall be guilty of a misdemeanor, punishable by imprisonment <br />OT a fine or both as defined by law. In the event of a violation of this Chapter, in addition <br />to the other remedies, the City of Orono may institute appropriate actions or proceedings <br />to prevent, restrain, correct or abate such violations. <br />SECTION 2.
