During the inspection staff noted iriaterials and debris in exterior <br />storage at the. above address and specifically, the following violations of City Code <br />Section 58-1(a) and 58-3 were noted: <br />7. Miscellaneous junk A debris <br />This letter will serve as your notice that the property must be brought into <br />compliance by June 21, 2005 in order to avoid legal action by the City. In order to <br />bring your property into compliance the above items must be removed from the property <br />or stored in an enclosed building by June 21, 2005. Please be advised, if you fail to <br />correct the violations or request an appeal hearing before the City Council prior to the <br />deadline, the City will correct the above violations and the costs to do so will be assessed <br />against your fmyperty [Cite: City Code 58-l(c)].
