Conditional use permit to allow 900 cubic yards of fill outside the 75’ setback when 500 <br />cubic yards or less is permitted without conditional use approval. <br />PlMRing CommissioB Recommendation <br />The Planning Commission voted 7-0 to approve the lot area and conditional use permit request in <br />accordance with the revised grading plan, attached as Exhibit C, and also stipulating that the amount <br />of trucks unloading fill be monitored by someone on-sitc to ensure compliance with the approved <br />grading plan.
