Lot area variance to permit construction of a new residence on a lot 0.50 acres in area <br />v^iere 1.0 acres is normally required. <br />2. Lot width variance to permit construction of a new residence on a lot 77 ’ in width at the <br />shoreline and 79 ’ in >vidth at the 75’ setback when 140’ is normally required. <br />(Administrative approval of these variances can only be granted when 80% of the district <br />requirements are met, meaning 0.80 acres in area and 112 ’ in width) <br />Planning Commission Recommendation <br />The Planning Conunission voted 7-0 on the consent agenda to approve the requested variances with <br />the stipulation that the City Engineer iqiprove the final grading plan. <br />Staff Recommendation <br />Approval per the attached Resolution. <br />COUNCIL ACTION REQUESTED <br />Adopt the attached Resolution granting a lot area and lot width variance for 4445 North Shore Drive. <br />‘ I
