Fritzler noted there are some restrictions on going up. <br />Gafinm stated diere are issues with setback from the lake. <br />Ftitzler indicated he is not in favor of encroachirig within the setbacks. <br />Rahn indicated he would be more receptive to going up with the structure as opposed to enlarging the <br />footprint. Rahn noted the applicants are currently at 16 percent and that he would not be in favor of <br />increasing the structural coverage on the lot. Rahn inquired what the current setback is. <br />Storiing stated die existing setback on the nordi side of the residence is IS feet. <br />Rahn stated he would like to see die residence redesigned under 16 percent. <br />Mack indicated he would like his application tabled. <br />Rahn moved, Frttsler seconded, to table Application 805-3104, David and Renee Mack, 1978 <br />Shadywood Road, to allow the applicant time to redesign his plan under 16 percent structural <br />coverage.
