The Council, upon reviewing the applicants revised plan referred to <br />the Planning Commission recommendation of 16% structural coverage and asked the applicants to <br />redesign within that level. <br />Revised Plans <br />The applicants have submitted a revised proposal resulting in 16% structural coverage, 1,728 s.f or <br />22% hardcover within the 0-75 ’ zone, and 2,484 s.f or 38.7% hardcover within the 75 ’-250 ’ zone. A <br />lake setback variance is also required in order to construct the 2"** story addition above the existing <br />home. <br />Planning Staff Recommendation <br />Approval of the revised plans as proposed, subject to submittal of a revised survey and site grading <br />and drainage plan for City Engineer approval. <br />COUNCIL ACTION REQUESTED <br />Direct staff to draft a Resolution reflecting Council approval
