•• <br />A RESOLUTION GRANTING A <br />ONE YEAR EXTENSION OF A <br />COMMERCIAL SITE PLAN APPROVAL <br />FOR PLANNED UNIT DEVELOPMENT NO. 3A <br />FOR PROFESSIONAL PROPERTIES OF ORONO, LLP <br />GRANTED PER RESOLUTION #5191 <br />FILE #05-3144 <br />WHEREAS, the City of Orono is a municipal corporation organized and <br />existing under the laws of the State of Minnesota; and <br />WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Orono (hereinafter ‘City <br />Council ”) has adopted land development regulations for the orderly, economic and safe <br />development of land within the City; and <br />WHEREAS, Berkshire Properties (“the Applicant”) made application for <br />an extension of the iqiprovals granted under Resolution #5191 on behalf of Professional <br />Properties of Oono, LLP C*the Owner”) for property located at 2745 Kelley Parkway and <br />leg^ly described as: <br />Lot 1, Block 2, City of Orono Addition, Hennepin County, Mimiesota <br />(hereinafter the “Property”); and <br />WHEREAS, the City Council has considered the application by the <br />Applicant for an extension of the approvals granted under Resolution #5191 for <br />development of the Property by the Planned Unit Development (PUD) process; and <br />WHEREAS, on June 14,20C4 the City Council granted Commercial Site <br />Plan Approval for the proposed development consisting of a 36,000 square foot medical <br />office building; and <br />WHEREAS, the Applicants have agreed to execute the Planned Unit <br />Development No. 3A Agreement drafted in conjunction with the June 14,2004 approval <br />of Resolution #5191, <br />Page I of3 <br />I
