K MINUTES OF THE <br />ORONO CITY COUNCIL MEETING <br />Monday, July 25,2005 <br />7:00 o ’clock p.m. <br />H/ICCTIMQ <br />AUG 6 2005 <br />CITY OF gRONQ <br />ROLL <br />The Council met on the above mentioned date with the following members present: Mayor Barbara <br />Peterson; Council members Bob Sansevere, Jim Murphy, Jim White, and Lili McMillan; City <br />Attorney Thomas Barrett; Representing staff were. City Administrator Ron Moorse. Planning <br />Director Mike Oaffron. Planner Melanie Curtis; Engineer Tom Kellogg. Public Service Director <br />Greg Gappa, and Recorder Kristi Anderson. <br />Mayor Peterson called the meeting to order at 7:00 P.M, followed by the Pledge of Allegiance. <br />CONSENT AGENDA <br />1. Approvc/Ancnd <br />Items 12, IS, 16,17,19,20,23,24,25, and 26 were added and item #3 was removed from the <br />Consent Agenda. <br />Morphy moved, Saaacvcrc seconded, to approve the Consent Agenda as ai <br />5, Nays •. <br />ided. Vote: Ayes <br />APPROVAL OF MINUTES <br />*2. REGULAR COUNCIL MEETING OF JULY 11,2005 <br />Mnrphy moved, Sansevere seconded, to approve the Mlnntes of Jnly II, 2005, as snbmltted. <br />VOTE: Ayes 5, Nays 0. <br />PARKC USSION COMMENTS <br />No representative was present. - Big Island Park Tour August 1,2005,5:00 p.m. <br />PLANNING COMMISSION COMMENTS - RALPH KEMPF <br />Kempf stated that he had nothing to report, but would remain for questions. <br />PUBLIC COMMENTS <br />There were none. <br />ZONING ADMINISTRATOR'S REPORT <br />3. 005-3091 CATHERINE SALLAS, 3635 NORTH SHORE DRIVE - AFTER-THE- <br />FACT VARIANCE - RESOLUTION NO. 5356 <br />With regard to policy, Murphy asked if the City often passes a Resolution with a caveat that <br />inspectors must go out and follow-up on something. <br />PAGE I of 10
