The sole use of the property seems to be <br />fm* the purpose of maintaining a keimel. <br />1 am aware of the incident concerning Kent Larson that occurred on Tuesday, July <br />26’*'. The existence of, 1 believe, nine rottweiler dogs and two pit bulls on the Garnett <br />property has long represented a serious threat to the neighborhood. I have a 5 year <br />old grandson at 540 Barrett Avenue, the driveway for which residence is just a few <br />yards from the Garnett fence. There are many other children in close proximity and <br />we all use Orono Orchard Road as a great walking and biking road. <br />All the community is aware of how dangerous rottweilers and pit bulls can be. The <br />fencing at the Garnett residence provides little comfort. <br />1 urge the City of Orono to revoke the kennel license granted to Kevin Garnett and <br />order him to remove those very dangerous dogs from his property before we have a <br />really catastrophic incident. <br />Thank you. <br />Sincerely, <br />LU.-V <br />B.
