PlMBlBg Staff Recomncadatioa <br />Planning staff believes that the level and type of activity of this landscape business as it is currently <br />being operated (based on the applicants* statements and comments received from neighboring property <br />owners) falls into the category of a prohibited use and should be discontinued at this urban density <br />residential neighborhood. The use has apparently expanded to a point where it no longer meets the <br />intent of the home occupation ordinances. <br />COUNaL ACTION REQUESTED <br />Council is requested to review the information and make a determination as to whether the applicants* <br />business qualifies as a Level 2 or is prohibited.
