A rear yard setback variance to allow the detached garage to be closer to the street than 30’ as <br />required stipulating that it be located to provide a minimum of 20* of driveway pavement <br />between the edge of Birch Lane and the garage door. <br />2. A 10’ side setback variance for a I'A story detached garage with a maximum footprint of 440 <br />s.f. -OR- a 5’ side setback for a single story (maximum 12’ in height) detached garage with a <br />maximum footprint of 440 s.f.; and <br />3.
