In order to construct the screen <br />porch addition the hardcover variance review must be conducted. There is approximately <br />3,000 s.f. of driveway and parking areas on the property, and approximately 200 s.f of <br />concrete sidewalk. Additionally, the applicants have approximately 500 s.f. of decorative <br />stone walls on the property. In order to account for the additional hardcover of the screen <br />porch, the applicants are proposing to remove a 395 s.f. portion of the driveway to <br />account for tte 242 s.f. screen porch addition.
