The <br />existing hardcover level exceeds the level allowed within the 250 ’ - 500 ’ zone therefore a variance <br />review is required. A 250 ’ - 500 ’ zone hardcover variance is requested in order to allow 38.9% <br />hardcover where 30% is normally allowed and 40.2% currently exists. <br />Planning Commission Recommendation <br />On July 18,2005, Planning Commission voted 5 - 2 to recommend an ’roval of the 250 ’ - 500 ’ zone <br />hardcover variance.
