The existing accesses onto Fox Street be eliminated at the time the new road is <br />completed, <br />2. Pn^wsed lot 6 be considered a back-lot for zoning puqx>ses, <br />3. The top of bluff and 30* setback be corrected on final plat plans, and <br />4. Revised plans meeting the City Engineer expectations be required as part of the <br />final plat <br />5.
