An average lakeshore setback variance. <br />PbiBoiRf Commission Rccommendatioa <br />On June 20,2005, Planning Commission voted 6 - 0 to recommend approval of the average lakeshore <br />setback, rear yard setback, and hardcover variances for the 0-75’ and 75’-250 ’ zones for a tola! site (0- <br />250 ’) hardcover not to exceed the existing level of 4,368 s.f..
