PC Memo ft Exhibits of 06-13-05 <br />E. 60-Day Review Extension <br />Application Snmmary: <br />The applicants are requesting the following variances in order to construct an attached garage addition <br />to the existing home: <br />1. 5.7% hardcover within the 0-75’ zone where 0% is normally allowed and 11.4% currently exists; <br />and <br />2. 29.5% within the 75’-250 ’ zone where 25% is normally allowed and 24.1% currently exists; and <br />3. A variance for a rear yard setback of 28* where a 30 ’ setback is normally required; and <br />4. An average lakeshore setback variance. <br />PbiBoiRf Commission Rccommendatioa <br />On June 20,2005, Planning Commission voted 6 - 0 to recommend approval of the average lakeshore <br />setback, rear yard setback, and hardcover variances for the 0-75’ and 75’-250 ’ zones for a tola! site (0- <br />250 ’) hardcover not to exceed the existing level of 4,368 s.f..
