PC Memo & Exhibits of06-09-05 <br />Application Snniniary: <br />The applicant is requesting a conditional use permit amendment in order to replace: <br />1. A failing septic system; and <br />2. A shower which was discharging to a wetland. <br />The applicant is proposing to construct a new 600 s.f. combined toilet and shower building with a new <br />septic system at the top of the hill. Due to the fact the toilet/shower building will exceed 120 s.f in <br />area. Council approval is necessary. <br />Planning Consmbsion Rcconmcndation <br />On June 20,2005, Planning Commission voted 6 - 0 to recommend approval of the conditional use <br />permit. <br />Planniag Staff Recommendation <br />Approval of the conditional use permit per the attached Resolution. <br />COUNCIL ACTION REQUESTED <br />Adopt or amend the attached Resolution.
