The property is abutting Long Lake <br />Creek which leads to Tanager Lake and eventually Lake Minnetoitka, placing the property in the <br />Shoreland Overlay District. One house and guest house currently exist on the property. <br />Planning Commission Recommendation <br />The Planning Commission reviewed this application initially at their Ap;il 18, 2005 meeting and <br />tabled it to allow for a full engineering and septic review. The Planning Commission again reviewed <br />the plat at the June 20,2005 and an approval reconunendation was made that included the following <br />stipulations: <br />1 . The existing accesses onto Fox Street be eliminated at the time the new road is completed, <br />2. Proposed Lot 6 be considered a back-lot for zoning purposes, <br />3.
