r <br />f * <br />I i <br />j . <br />■■■ <br />,A. -s <br />>*' <br />il * <br />A RESOLUTION <br />approving the plat of <br />STONEBAY SIXTH ADDITION <br />• FILE #02-2840 <br />WHEREAS, the City of Orono is a municipal corporation organized and existing <br />under the laws of the State of Minnesota; and <br />WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Orono (hereinafter “City Council”) has <br />adopted subdivision and land development regulations for the orderly, economic and safe <br />development of land within the City; and <br />WHEREAS, the City Council has considered the application by Stonebay <br />Commercial LLC, a Minnesota limited liability company (hereinafter “Owner ”) and OT <br />Development LLC, a Minnesota limited liability company (l^inafter “Developer”) for final platting <br />into Lots, Blocks and Outlets and development by the Planned Unit Development process of <br />property legally described as follows: <br />Outlet H, STONEBAY, Hennepin County, Minnesota <br />(hereinafter “the Property”); and <br />WHEREA S, on January 27,2003 the City Council adopted Resolution No. 49IS <br />gran ting General Development Plan Approval and Preliminary Plat Approval for the development <br />known as Planned Unit Development No. 4 (PUD No. 4), which approval resulted in the following: <br />1 . Creation of Outlot H, STONEBAY for future phased development for residential <br />uses; <br />2.Rezoning of Outlot H, STONEBAY to RPUD Residential Planned Unit Development <br />District per Ordinance No. 225,2nd Series adopted May 12,2003; and <br />3.
