i <br />{ ■- <br />r ' <br />A RESOLUTION <br />APPROVING THE PLAT OF <br />STONEBAY FOURTH ADDITION <br />- FILE #02-2840 <br />WHEREAS, the City of Orono is a municipal corporation organized and existing <br />under the laws of the State of Minnesota; and <br />WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Orono (hereinafter “City Council”) has <br />adopted subdivision and land development regulations for the orderly, economic and safe <br />development of land within the City; and <br />WHEREAS, the City Council has considered the application by John Terrance <br />Homes LLC, a Minnesota limited liability company (hereinafter “Ot^er”) and OT Development <br />LLC, a Minnesota limited liability company (hereinafter “Developer”) for final platting into Lots, <br />Blocks and Outlets and development by the Planned Unit Development process of property legally <br />described as follows: <br />Outlet A, STONEBAY SECOND ADDITION, Hennepin County, Minnesota, and <br />Outlet B, STONEBAY THIRD ADDITION, Hennepin County, Minnesota <br />(hereinafter “the Property”); and <br />WHEREAS, on January 27,2003 the City Council adopted Resolution No. 4915 <br />granting General Developme'it Plan Approval and Preliminaiy Plat Approval for the development <br />known as Planned Unit Development No. 4 (PUD No. 4), which approval resulted in the following: <br />1.Creation of Outlets F and G, STONEBAY for future phased development for <br />residential uses; <br />2. Rezoning of Outlets F and G, STONEBAY to RPUD Residential Planned Unit <br />Development District per Ordinance No. 225,2nd Series adopted May 1 2,2003; and <br />3. Establishment of conditions for development within PUD No. 4; and <br />Page I of 4
