This beautiful building will <br />really updptp foe oomerat Navarre. <br />Because we are chaiiging this buildiitg from residential to commercial, we are <br />deaignatmg the north side to be our **utility** side. The new A/C units, gas meter and <br />dumpster mofosure wfliBhelocated on fois side. WehavejemovednU foe windows at <br />level,becausestreetIhecause of this. The plan that was previously approved allowed fin* a door on <br />the lower level, north side. We are sinqrfy asking for this door to be moved to the upper <br />level instead. We intend to beaufrfy fois <br />sideof thebuildirtg by using bushes, flowers and trees to direct your line of sight away <br />ufohies. <br />The dumpster codosure win be directly in front of the staircase so it will barely be <br />vWUe. <br />The floor plan frir Caribou does not allow fbr any excess room for an indoor stairway. <br />The ADA requirements for handicap restrooms require us to take almost a quarter of the <br />itiarfor npaoejuatfor3estiDoins..!lhbinjtaetf causes usahardahip. <br />Wehave already reduced our skle yard setback by removing a shi^ and a three season <br />pordi.
