The narrow steq) grade to the north (immedialely <br />at^aoent to our houae) is a difficult runK>ff area widiout fimneling mme water there. <br />Even an engineered swale on the north side would be a concera The unpredictable <br />n^ularity of excessive water events on Saga Hill; ie; (any 2+** rainfrUl, a rapid snow melt, <br />or even a debris-laden swale) could create water oveffiow directly into our home.
