PC Report A Exhibits of 05-16-05 <br />Applkathm Summary: <br />The applicants are requesting hardcover, side and lake setback variances in order to replace their <br />existing low-pitched garage roof with a steeper pitch to match the roof on their newly remodeled <br />home. The applicants were required to remove hardcover and encroachments on the neighboring <br />property as part of their previous application for the home.
