(3.87 acres) <br />Dry buildable: 2.7 acres ± <br />AppUatiUm Summary: Ajqilicants request a variance for an accessory structure located <br />nearer the front or street lot line than the principal residence structure, and a variance to the <br />allowed footprint area for an oversize accessory structure.
