Tanager Lake is classified by the <br />Deparlinent of Natural Resources (DNR) as a Recreational Development Lake, within the <br />Shoreland Management section of Orono’s Zoning Code it is stipulated that a <br />Recreational Development Lake requires a 100’ structure setback for propeilics with on <br />site septic systems.
