COMPUTERIZED CRIMINAL HISTORY AND DRIVER’S LICENSE HISTORY <br />INQUIRIES - ORDINANCE NO. 25, THIRD SERIES <br />Mnrphy moved, Sansevere seconded, adopting ORDINANCE NO. 25, Third Series, <br />amending the Oirono Municipal Code by adding Section 2-73 and amending Section 26-32 (5) <br />Regarding Compnterlaed Criminal History and Driver’s License History Inquiries. VOTE: <br />Ayes 5, Nays 0. <br />12. COOPERATIVE AGREEMENT WITH MEDINA <br />Moorse explained that, since the road serving the Park Ridge Acres development in Medina is both <br />in Medina and Orono, the cities developed a cooperative agreement to clarify the responsibility for <br />the maintenance of both the roadway and utilities located within the right of way.
