A stroctural coverage variance to allow 1,797 s.f. of structure when 1,500 s.f. is normally allowed <br />and 1,717 s.f currently exists. <br />*The nonconforming hardcover within the 0-75’ zone has been included in this calculation. <br />Planning Commission Recommendation <br />On April 18, 2005, Planning Commission voted 4 - 3 to recommend approval of the structural <br />reLvalbTfollo^ construcUon of an 80 s.f covered porch entry stipulating <br />• All plastic and fabric liners from landscape beds, and play areas (if applicable) and <br />• The “rock fire ring ” as noted on the survey; and <br />• An additional 250 s.f of driveway hardcover.
