MN 55356 <br />RE: StoneBay 3"*. 4“*. 5*' and 6'*’ Additions <br />Dear Mike. <br />Attached you will find final plats and plans for the 2 ”* phase of StoneBay. This phase <br />has been broken up into four plats to meet market conditions. The 3” additbn <br />represents the 6 lots that are buildable without any additional infrastructure. The 4 <br />addHion contains the rambler lots along Bridgewater Drive. The 5"' additiori is the <br />remaining two stories arni the fi** addition is the four lots that access Willow Drive. By <br />splitting these into separate plats the developer has the ability to quickly react to market <br />corxfitions without bringing any extra lots on line. <br />The construction plans have been relabeled to match the plats and reflect work that has <br />been completed, but otherwise generally match the plans previously approved by the <br />City and it’s consultants. We did slightly modify the alignment of Bridgewater Drive to <br />address Tom Kellogg ’s ooix^ms with t^ tight radius at the south erb of the bridge. <br />The landscape plan has not been modified and therefore is not included in this <br />package. <br />We have included plans for a bridge over the wetland as required by the watershed <br />Per our earlier discussion we are assumirrg that this application will be reviewed by staff <br />and then sent on to the City Council, by passing the public hearing process.
