Because the road is in both Medina and Orono, the Cities <br />have developed a cooperative agreement to clarify the responsibility for the maintenance of both <br />the roadway and the utili».ies located in the road right-of-way. The cooperative agreement also <br />addresses cost-sharing related to improving Townline Road. The Council discussed the <br />sgfcemcnt at its May 9 meeting. The agreement has been revised based on the discussion at the <br />May 9 meeting, and is attached for the Council’s consideration. <br />COUNCIL ACTION REQUESTED <br />Motion regarding the approval of the Cooperative Agreement with the City of Medina <br />regaiding Spruce Way and Townline Road.
