The propo^ improvements include the construction ofretaining walls and associated site
improvements along tfie lito side of die home. We have the following comments with regards to engineering
matters:
• The proposed sketch does not provide sufficient detail for us to comment on. A detailed plan should
be submitted that includes existing and proposed contours extending SO-feet beyond all lot lines. The
plans should accurately show topography including all lot lines, existinr '*s, buildings, retaining
walls and any other structures and hardcover.
• The plans should include at least three sections showing existing and propo levations between die
lake and the home across the frontage of the property.
s Additumal retaining wall information should be provided with the revised plans. At a minimum the
proposed wall type should be identified as well as die proposed top and bottom of wall elevations. The
plam should clearly identify existing and proposed walls. Any walls that exceed 4-feet in height
require a separate engineered design and d^l subnuttal.
• The plans should iiKlude erosion and sediment control details and detailed planting and restoration
information.
If you have any questions please call me at (6S1) 604-4863.
Yours very tiul^,I
BONESTROO, ROSENE.
