You were also notified of zoning violations with the deck. Since that <br />notification, the deck was storm damaged and repaired again without building permits. <br />Therefore, the City must require you to remove the deck or file a variance application to see if the <br />City CouncU would grant variances to allow you to keep it. A deadline of November 30,1998 has <br />been established for removal or submittal.
