MINUTES OF THE <br />ORONO CITY COUNCIL MEETING <br />Monday, April 25,2005 <br />7:00 o ’clock p.m. <br />(MAYOR/CITYCOUNCIL REPORT, Continued) <br />Gaffron indicated that the city was formulating a response to the letter at this time. <br />Acting Mayor Sansevere stated that the citizens group should be directed to the website on Fridays <br />before Council meetings for information; just as any other private citizen is directed each month. <br />McMillan asked what the date for the reconvening of the Board of Review would be. <br />Moorse stated that he would contact the Council members about a date next week. <br />Murphy stated that he would like to be provided with a list of road maintenance and repairs for the <br />next 1-2 years. <br />PUBUC SERVICE DIRECTOR’S REPORT <br />CITY ADMINISTRATOR’S REPORT <br />*15. PLANNING COMMISSION REAPPOINTMENTS <br />Murphy moved. White sccoudcd, to reappoint Marc Fritzler, Cynthia Bremer, and Travis <br />Winkcy each to an additionai three year term on the Planning Commission, expiring on <br />March 31,2008. VOTE: Ayes 4, Nays 0 <br />*16. APPOINTMENT OF ISTS PROGRAM MANAGER <br />Murphy moved. White seconded, to appoint WUUam Gibbs to the ISTS/Bnilding Inspector <br />posidon, eflcctive May 16,2005, at Level 2, step I of the Snpervisory/Administrative pay <br />schedule, which It $45,100. VOTE: Ayes 4, Nays 0. <br />17. RECOGNITION OF PAT WOLFE, PARK COMMISSIONER - <br />RESOLUTION NO. - Moved to the front of the agenda. <br />*18. DISPOSAL OF EXCESS, UNCLAIMED AND ABANDONED PROPERTY <br />Murphy moved. White seconded, to dispose of excess, unclaimed, abandoned property <br />through silent auction, charitable donation, and disposal as proposed by staff. VOTE: Ayes 4, <br />Nays 0. <br />*19. PURCHASE OF MEDICAL SUPPLIES FOR NAVARRE FIRE <br />STATION/RESCUE VEHICLE <br />Murphy moved, White seconded, to approve the purchase of medical supplies for the <br />Navarre Fire Station/Rescue Vehicle in an anmnnt not to exceed $6,000.
