The drawing shall be updated each year to show all existing facilities, <br />all changes from the previous season, and any changes proposed for the duration of the current <br />application. The drawing shall also indicate the locations of winter storage and required winter <br />parking qraces. <br />2.CERTIFICATE OF LIABILITY INSURANCE COVERAGE for the duration of the license <br />period. <br />3. Copy of your LMCD UCENSE APPLICATION. <br />4.
