The City shall <br />not accep t renewal licenae applications received after March 15 unless the application is accompanied bv <br />a late fee of $25.00. <br />REVIEW PROCEDURE <br />When acon^leteqiplication is received, die triplication will be reviewed by the City Council and, in the <br />case of new or unusual applications, or qiplications inoposing substantial changes from prior licenses, also <br />bythePlanningCbnunissionand/oraqieciallyqipointedMarinaCommittee.
