(I <br />A RESOLUTION GRANTING <br />A CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT IN ACCORDANCE <br />WITH SECTION 78-418 (16) <br />HLE NO. 05-3093 <br />WHEREAS, Michael R. Francis and Berit K. Francis, husband and wife <br />(hereinafter **the applicants^ are the owners of the property located at 2995 Watertown <br />Road within the City of Orono (hereinafter the “City") and legally described as follows: <br />Attached as Exhibit A <br />(hereinafter the “properly”); and <br />WHEREAS, the applicants have made application to the City of Orono <br />for a conditional use permit per Orono Municipal Zoning Code Section 78-418 (16) to <br />allow plumbing within an accessory building (pool house). <br />NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of <br />Orono, Minnesota: <br />FINDINGS <br />1. This application was reviewed as Zoning File #05-3093. <br />2. <br />> <br />The property is located in the RR-IB, One Family Rural Residential <br />District, which requires a minimum lot area of 2.0 acres. The applicants* <br />property is 3.57 acres in total area. <br />3.The Planning Commission reviewed this application at a public hearing <br />held on March 21, 2005 and recommended approval of the requested <br />conditional use permit based on the following findings: <br />a. The proposed accessory building (pool house) meets all required <br />setbacks. <br />*. <br />1 • <br />• I <br />b.
