MINUTES OF THE <br />ORONO CITY COUNCIL MEETING <br />Monday, April 11,2005 <br />7:00 o’dock p.m. <br />Gundlach stated the applicant could stipulate to a certain percent for the hardcover and that staff could <br />review the plans to insure compliance and not reappear before the Council. <br />McMillan nMved, Murphy seconded, to approve Application M4-3010, granting of a hardcover <br />variance of 30 percent for the 75’-250* zone due to the length of the lot requiring a longer driveway <br />and to allow the construction of a new residence and attached garage, and denial of a hardcover <br />variance for the 0-75’ zone for the property located at 3534 Ivy Lane.
