White also distributed information regarding the history <br />ofNorenbergPark. <br />Item 3, Recognition of Pat Wolfe, followntem 12. <br />PLANNING COMMISSION COMMENTS - Dl^Rahn, Representative <br />Rahn indicated he has no comments but would be avail^fo for questions during tonight’s meeting. <br />McMillan stated the City Council did receive the letter fro^^^ Planning Commission regarding the <br />future development of Navarre and recommended these issues bS^scussed further at a joint work <br />session. <br />PUBUC COMMENTS <br />None <br />ZONING ADMINISTRATOR’S REPORT <br />4. MM-3010 TED CAPRA, 3534 IVY PLACE - VARIANCE <br />Ted Capra, Applicant, and Katherine Alexander, Architect, were present. <br />Gundlach noted this application did appear before the City Council in November of2004 for a hardcover <br />variance, and since that time the applicant has met with Staff to discuss an addition/remodel proposal. <br />which was reviewed by the Planning Commissitm in hbich of200S. <br />PAGE 2 <br />o
