r, <br />Hi <br />• <br />m-: • <br />r-.' <br />A 'i GITYofORONO <br />RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL <br />NO.____^ 4 ^ <br />A RESOLUTION GRANTING <br />AN AMENDMENT TO <br />RESOLUTION NO. 4794 <br />FILE NO. 2461 <br />WHEREAS, on April 22,2002, the City Council of the City of Orono (the "City”) <br />adopted Resolution No. 4794 granting approval for a subdivision of a lot line rearrangement for <br />properties on Big Island owned by William Bryson and Thelma Bryson and James A. R. Johnson <br />(collectively ‘the applicants ’); and <br />WHEREAS, Resolution No. 4794 required that the applicants complc - filing of the <br />lot line rearrangement with Hennepin County no later than October 22,2002; and <br />WHEREAS, the applicants were unable to file the subdivision of a lot line <br />rearrangement within the timeframe allotted due to title issues, which have just recently been <br />resolved; and <br />WHEREAS, the Applicants have requested an extension of the effective period of <br />subdivision approval in order that the lot line rearrangement may now be filed; and <br />WHEREAS, the City Council finds that the findings and conditions of Resolution <br />No. 4794 are still valid and appropriate. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of <br />Orono, Minnesota, as follows: <br />1. Conditions 5 and 7 of Resolution No. 4794 are hereby amended to allow filing of <br />the lot line rearrangement with the Hennepin County Recorders Office or <br />Registrar of Titles Office on or before April 22,2005. <br />v-‘:^ y; .• • <br />2.
