The amended proposal <br />included the following variance approvals; <br />1. Average lakeshore setback variance to permit the porch to be reconstructed in the <br />same location and to permit the hot tub to be placed on the roof <br />2. Hardcover variance to permit 64% hardcover within the 250’-500’ zone where <br />30% is normally allowed and 64% currently exists. <br />3. A building-to-building setback variance to allow a 5’ separation between the <br />proposed roof addition at the garage side of the home where a 10’ separation is <br />normally required. <br />These ^provals are contingent upon the applicant providing a revised plan for Council <br />review and reducing hardcover in the 75’-250’ zone so as to be conforming at 25%. <br />VOTE;FOR 1 AGAINST <br />Applicant's next meeting is tentatively scheduled for: <br />City Couacil - Monday, April 25,2005; meeting starts at 7:00 p.m. <br />If you desire certified copies of the official Plaiming Commission or Council minutes, <br />they are available from the City Recorder after review and approval by the Planning <br />Commission or Council.
