The language of the <br />proposed Parking Space License Agi'oonient, attached as Exhibit B, grants ttre right to use a <br />•imitctl lumber of parking spaces to Jul Ann’s, but does not appear to grant access over the <br />Keaveny property to Jul Ann’s business invitees, which would seem to be a cntical tutssing <br />element.
