In development of the Comprehensive Water Resources <br />Management Plan, MCWD is also soliciting volunteers and individuals appointed by <br />municipalities and other local government agencies to serve in an advisory role to the <br />District as it assembles and organi/es inronualion gathered through efrorts such as <br />the Hydrologic Hydraulic and Pollutant Loading Study, the MCWD Stream <br />Assessment, the Functional Assessment of Wetlands and others to synthcsi;.e <br />strategics and program recommendation components of the Comprehensive Water <br />Resources Management Plan. As a local government entity, MCWD invites you to <br />appoint one individual (resident of MCWD) and one alternate to serve on this <br />committee. Five meetings of the committee will be facilitated by a consultant hired <br />by MCWD, held at night and take place over the course of approximately an eight- <br />month period (ending by December 31,2005). <br />Appointments by District Cities, Townships and local units of government will be <br />accepted until April 4, 2005 with the first meeting expected to begin by the middle of <br />that month.
