3. <br />5. <br />6. <br />7. <br />U|X)n approval oftliis Resolution the City Council shall direct the Mayor and Clerk to execute the <br />"I’lannerl Unit Development No. 4H Agreement ” and ii.s.socialed documents subject to approval <br />of the City Attorney.. <br />4. Minor changes in the location, design or footprint of the building may be authorized by the <br />Development Review Committee if required by aigineering or oilier circumstances not foreseen <br />at the time the final plan was approved and filed with the Planning Director. <br />Significant changes in the location, si/.e, or height of the building, and any other changes to the <br />approved final development plan deenial by the Planning Director to be signi ficant may be made <br />only aficr review and approval by the Council. Any changes shall be recorded as amendments to <br />Uic recorded copy of the final development plan. <br />Ifsuhstantial development has not occuned within one year after approval of PI JD No. 4B as set <br />forth in the Planned Unit Development No. 4H Agreement, the City Council may declare the <br />approvals granted within this resolution and within .said Agreement as null and void. <br />Tlic appnrvals grantctl in tliis Resolution shall become efivetive only when all conditions of approval <br />rc(|uiring actions by the I'tevelopcr have been satisfied. <br />Adopted by the City Council of Orono this 14th day of March, 2005. <br />AITI-Sf: <br />I.iiida S.
