At tiie February 28'*' City Council meeting the applicants were directed to redesign the proposed <br />office townhouse units. Attached to this memo as Exhibits B and C are the revised elevation view <br />drawings as well as revised engineering plans, which were necessary as minor site plan changes have <br />occurred. <br />In an effort to incorporate the architectural features requested, the applicants have included a pitched <br />roof with a more traditional entryway. In making these unit revisions the clusters have been <br />redesigned where the shared stairways now sit in the middle of the clusters. The units will have the <br />same «mnnnt of square footage, and remain two stories with the walkouts facing to the north and <br />east <br />The site plan changes are very minor in that the parking layout, finished floor elevations of the units, <br />and retaining wall heights and elevations remain unchanged. <br />COUNaL ACTION REQUESTED <br />Determine if the architectural revisions are adequate. If not duect the applicant further on wliat <br />revisions would gather Council support. If the architectural revisions meet Council expectations, <br />then direct staff to draft a resolution approving the concept plan for approval at the next meeting.
