ly 0.11 <br /> o ' a <br /> CITY of ORONO <br /> A..., ,v,\N-liq.-, 44 i <br /> „,... 1 <br /> �� � �� A, RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL <br /> `� CESti& NO. 9 <br /> A RESOLUTION ORDERING THE <br /> PREPARATION OF A FEASIBILITY REPORT <br /> FOR A SANITARY SEWER PROJECT <br /> TO SERVE THE NORTH FARM ROAD NEIGHBORHOOD <br /> WHEREAS, the North Farm Road neighborhood residents have presented a petition <br /> requesting a feasibility study for the construction of a sanitary sewer system; and <br /> WHEREAS, it is proposed that the benefited property(s) be assessed for all of the cost of <br /> the improvements pursuant to Minnesota Statutes Chapter 429. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED,by the City Council of Orono,Minnesota <br /> that the proposed improvements be referred to the City Engineer for study, and that the City <br /> Engineer is instructed to report to the Council with all convenient speed advising the Council in a <br /> preliminary way as to whether the proposed improvement is necessary, cost effective, and <br /> feasible and whether it should best be made as proposed or in connection with some other <br /> improvement and the estimated cost of the improvement as recommended. <br /> Adopted by the City Council of the City of Orono this 13th day of September, 2010. <br /> ATTEST: <br /> : ,(44,-0(..„6",/ <br /> ,--"c764/0.X.2,- TM 1...4)4.,X„) <br /> Linda S.
