VEOB'rATION RESTORATION PLAN APPROVAL <br />Reference (he attached plan by Markell I^bcrcc Design Group dated December 22, 2001 for <br />2618 Casco Point Road, Wayzata, MN <br />The City of Orono hereby approves the above referenced plan subject to the following <br />additional conditions: <br />1. <br />3. <br />4. <br />5. <br />The Black Hills Spruce trees proposed for (he property’s eastern “point ” shall be <br />12 ’ in height rather than 8’ as proposed; and <br />2. All of the attached City Engineer recommendations shall be met; and <br />No trees shall be replaced by the Vogstroms on the Essen’s property; and. <br />The trees proposed on the City right-of-way shall be located further cast to be <br />within the Vogstroms ’ property or as close as feasible to the property line. <br />The existing ash trees located within the area labeled “stand of buckthorn to be <br />removed ” on the property’s eastern “point ” shall not be removed. Ilie property <br />owner shall meet with City staff on the site prior to any tree removals to identify <br />vegetation to be removed and to remain. <br />II
