oT CITY of OROXO <br />RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL <br />NO. 4 9 0 <br />A RESOLUTION AMENDING <br />RESOLUTION NO. 4479 <br />FILE NO. 2587 <br />WHEREAS, on June 12,2000, the City Council of t'le City of Orono (the “City ”) <br />adopted Resolution No. 4479 granting preliminary platting of a section of public road easement <br />located at 4575 Wayzata Boulevard approval; and <br />WHEREAS, Resolution No. 4479 required that Richard Rudd and Sh?ne RuJd (the <br />“Applicants”) submit final plat for approval no later than December 31, 2003; and <br />WHEREAS, the Minnesota Department of Transportation (“MnDot ”) has delayed <br />construction of ap access road which will serve the Rudd’s p’^oper'y; and <br />% <br />WHEREAS, the Applicants ;ave requested an additionr! year before having to <br />submit the final plat as a result of MnDot ’s postponement of the road way project. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of tlie City of <br />Oronc, Mit'nesota, as follows: <br />1 . The effective period of preliminary plat approval is hereby extended to December <br />31,2004;and <br />2.
