(g) Medina or its agents, employees, contractors or invitees which enter the Property <br />pursuant to this Agreement shall carry insurance during the time any work is done on the <br />Property in accordance with the limits provided by statute and/or in accordance with <br />standard LMCIT coverages. <br />III.
