Grantors arc the fee owners of tlie property in Hennepin County, Minnesota legally <br />described as follows (the “Property”): <br />The West Half of the West Half of the Northeast Quarter of the Southwest Quarter and <br />the east 148.50 feet of the Northwest Quarter of the Southwest Quarter all in Section 30, <br />Township 118, Range 23, Hennepin County, Minnesota. <br />B. Grantors desire to grant to the Grantees easements, according to the tenns and conditions <br />contained herein. <br />Terms of Easements <br />1. Grant of Eiisements.
