Additionally, sign variances for size and temporary banners are required in order <br />to re-face the existing ground sign with a new sign of the same dimensions and utilize temporary <br />banners in conjunction with their move. <br />Tlic Planning Commission report is attached as Exhibit B which reviews issues such as parking, <br />sewage treatment, signage, etc. <br />Planning Commission Recommendation <br />On February 22, 2005 Planning Commission voted 5-0 on a motion to recommend ajrpioval of the <br />conditional use permit amendment and sign variances. Additionally, the Planning Commission <br />recommended the applicant be allowed temporary signage in conjunction with the standards within <br />City Code Section 78-1400(8). <br />Staff Recommendation <br />Staff recommends approval of Uic eouditional use permit ameiidmeut and approval of the sign <br />variances. <br />COUNC IL ACTION REQUES I ED <br />Adopt or amend the attached Re.solulion.
