Hardcover variance to permit 29% hardcover within the 75’-250’ zone when 31% <br />cmrently exists and 25% is normally allowed. <br />2. Hardcover variance to permit 1.7% hardcover within the 0-75’ zone when 3.7% currently <br />exists and 0% is allowed. <br />3. Average lakeshore setback variance to permit construction of a 'A story above the existing <br />second story where the existing house encroaches approximately 9 ’ to 25’ (measuring east <br />to west) into the required setback. <br />Planning Commission Recommendation <br />The Planning Commission voted 5-0 to approve the retiuests with the following stipulations: <br />• I lardcover within tlic 75’-250’ zone comply with the 1989 hardcover variance approval of <br />27.34%, <br />• The remaining 1.7% hardcover within the 0-75’ zone be removed. <br />The applicants have agreed to meet tlicse stipulations. <br />Staff Recommendation <br />Approval |x*r the attached Resolutit)n <br />COUNCIL ACTION REQUESTED <br />Adopt the attached Resolution granting a hardcover variance for the 75’-250’ zone and an average <br />lakeshore .setback variance f*)r 2914 Ca.sco Point Road.
